I recently visited this restaurant and I highly recommend it. Being celiac I was able to find gluten-free options that included the entire menu.
The pasta was cooked to perfection and accompanied by excellent starters. Finally, the dessert closed the meal in style, with a truly extraordinary presentation and flavour. I would like to give a special thank you to the waitress Eva, who made the whole experience even more pleasant with her courtesy and professionalism. Advised!

We expected something different, the truth, but what bothers me is that when you give a name to a dish, like garlic, oil and chilli pepper, the customer expects for better or worse to eat that dish, even revisited. Not a completely different dish in taste and sensation.
In response: reading what you wrote on the menu I was expecting an AOP, garlic, oil and chilli pepper... which I didn't find in that dish. I underline. It was a different taste, normal, a little dry, but not an AOP.

Today we had lunch at Locanda del Ballerino which really won us over.
The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail that shines through in every corner of the place. The service was impeccable: friendly and super helpful staff, as was the owner. The dishes we chose were all excellent and the presentation was also very refined. An experience that we recommend to those looking for a special lunch in a typical and refined environment. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, inside a welcoming atmosphere with very kind staff ready to satisfy every request.
We spent New Year's Eve dinner with a menu created specifically for us, all very good with abundant dishes and excellent prices! I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to taste unique dishes.

We had lunch in this characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Lecce, a real surprise. Excellent quality of dishes with fantastic presentation.
We ate a tagliolini with cheese and pepper and a yellow amatrice number one.
We will definitely be back, highly recommended.
