Excellent dishes both in quality and presentation. Good service. The only flaw: the confusion created by some customers did not allow a normal conversation at the table.

Da tempo volevamo provare questo ristorante e devo dire che siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Buonissimi spaghetti alle vongole un piatto semplice ma difficile da fare buono e qui era ottimo. Fritto di calamari buono e cotto al punto giusto. Buono il dolce. Prezzi in linea. Gentilissimo tutto il personale, simpatico lo chef. Torneremo con piacere.

Per pranzo e di passaggio, abbiamo potuto conoscere questa struttura. Eccellenti gli spaghetti alla carbonara, discreto il tonnato. L’entree lo offre la casa come pure i cantucci finali. Prezzo giusto, ampio parcheggio e velocità del servizio completano il tutto. Consigliato

5 star environment. 5 star hospitality. 5 star staff. The dishes are excellent, plentiful and well presented. Excellent for a business lunch or a romantic dinner. It's good for any occasion because it's always at the top

Nice place, good food (although creaming all the risottos in the form of cheese can give shivers to those who suffer from intolerances/allergies towards a risotto they have never ordered). The staff are helpful but decidedly over the top and often arrogant. The bill is paid for what it would like to be but isn't. If it took away a bit of arrogance from the staff and the final bill, it could also be interesting.

13/07/2024: Tornare qui è sempre un piacere e una conferma. Sono stata qualche sera fa con delle amiche. Accoglienza calorosa e famigliare. Piatti deliziosi. Consiglio assolutamente la tartare di fassona con la mozzarella di bufala e l’ombrina alla pizzaiola,buonissimi! Questo posto merita senza alcun dubbio una visita,sia per la qualità dei piatti che per la passione che si avverte in essi.
12/07/2024: Sempre top. Quando ho vogliao di passere una bella serata e mangiare bene, vengo sempre qui. Qualità del cibo ottima e servizio impeccabile, Tutto super.

15/08/2024: At Acqua e Sale by Manuel they work hard and are good! I can't explain to you how beautiful this thing is that you go in thinking that maybe you'll get to give it a rating of 8 and you go out thinking that they really deserved the 10! The prices, given the raw material, how it is processed and how they serve it to you, are very honest and you don't believe at all that they asked you for more than the lunch was worth! Intimate environment, few seats for a quality restaurant without too many frills! Wine cellar of excellent variety and for every level! When you leave this place will no longer be anonymous to you... you will think of it as one of your favorite places without a doubt and you hope that the mentality of Manuel and his staff does not change because in the end their cheerfulness is also an indispensable condiment! Sincere congratulations!
