Rustic, typically Maremma restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Fantastic cured meats, superb Alberto Sordi pici. Friendly and welcoming staff (the blonde lady in particular). Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to photograph the other dishes, but everything was truly excellent: fresh, homemade, delicious! Follow the host's advice, which in my case was spot on! Congratulations 🍾🎊🎉

As always, we head to the Grosseto area for a break at the "locanda." Typical Maremma products and cuisine (and their aroma) await you, along with the colorful and friendly staff who will make you feel at home. A welcoming and familiar place. The meat and pasta dishes are truly amazing. Some of the homemade desserts are sublime, as is a special bitter liqueur made on site. Prices are a little high if you stop by for desserts and drinks, but it's worth it. Highly recommended 👍🏻 On "hot" days, it's best to book.

This is our second visit, and we can't wait to try their first courses again. A lovely place, excellent service, kindness, and friendliness, and the food is delicious. The price is fair for the quality and abundance of the dishes. A true inn where you can relish tradition. We'll be back soon!

23/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here. Typical Tuscan cuisine and great wine. Could not be better. David’s is a superb host. Food was amazing. Small menu but everything is outstanding. Mille Grazie. We will be back!!!
19/10/2025: This is a small, quaint restaurant in the center of town; there are only a few tables and a few dishes, but that's a good thing because you can enjoy good traditional Tuscan food away from the hustle and bustle. The dishes are well-prepared, the portions are moderate, the service is attentive, and the prices are quite high.
