A very welcoming and friendly place, starting with the owner and the waiters, who are always very helpful and friendly. In short, the food is excellent, with satisfying portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back. The restrooms are clean, and most importantly, there's a disabled-accessible bathroom.

A necessary preface: I visited 60% of the restaurants tested by Rubio on his show "Truck Drivers in Trattoria," and I can say that "La Locanda degli Amici," along with "Armandino" in Livorno, are almost better than what we saw on TV.
A very large restaurant, extremely popular (with good reason!) for lunch, mostly with workers. Excellent service, excellent cuisine, both in quality and quantity, but especially in the final bill. They specialize in grilled meats (they have two aging facilities where different cuts of beef, both Italian and foreign, mature!), excellent roast lamb, and arrosticini. In conclusion, the food is absolutely delicious! The bill is very, very, very fair! WELL DONE!
