We are on our third trip to Italy and the food is always a major focus for us. We had the best meal of all our time spent in Sicily at this restaurant. The host of our lodging made the suggestion and reservation, definitely the right choice.
The food was exquisite - the raw seafood excellent, the pastas similarly excellent, and the one dessert was not too sweet and quite tasty. A wine recommendation was as good as the food. The service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The space is cozy and there is an outdoor section.
Even if you are going to Catania but not Siracusa, think about an evening trip for dinner.

If you love seafood and are looking for an authentic experience, this restaurant is a must-visit in Syracuse. Excellent seafood dishes, always fresh and carefully prepared, a surprisingly extensive and high-quality wine cellar, and a truly exceptional value. All this is accompanied by passion and professionalism.
In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Syracuse to date.
A special thanks to Francesco, always extremely kind and attentive: his hospitality makes every meal an even greater pleasure. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante oggi per la prima volta ed è stato un vero piacere! Il servizio è stato impeccabile e premuroso. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile e super attento. Il cibo a base di pesce ottimo, con piatti creativi e ben presentati. Il mio piatto preferito è stato il crudo di pesce e per la prima volta ho assaggiato le cozze al gorgonzola davvero squisite! Il locale accogliente e ha un'atmosfera frrsca e rilassante. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ieri sera siamo stati a cena in 4 e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Come antipasti abbiamo gustato ostriche, piatto fuori menù servito in modo originale con una granita alla mela: se le trovate, dovete assolutamente provarle! Abbiamo preso anche sarde alla beccafico, tartare, crostini e polpette di baccalà, tutti piatti davvero deliziosi.
Il polpo, tenero all’interno e croccante all’esterno, è stato il piatto forte della serata.
Per concludere, dolce e caffè hanno chiuso la cena in modo perfetto.
L’atmosfera era tranquilla e rilassante, mentre il personale si è mostrato gentilissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile come sempre!
Un’esperienza da consigliare sicuramente.
