In a season when finding a good place to eat in Budoni is almost impossible, La Lira remains a safe haven. Excellent food, from sandwiches to first courses, appetizers, and main courses, and the staff are incredibly friendly and smiling. It's always a pleasure to dine there.
I have been to this pub for both lunch and dinner several times during my stay in Budoni and I have always found it very good both at lunchtime with their daily menu which I find to be an excellent compromise between quality and price and in the evening à la carte I say between meats, sandwiches and fried foods you are a bit spoiled for choice! The prices are not exactly low as you can read from the reviews but you have to recognize the quality of the products and above all the QUANTITY in the courses which makes each choice a unique dish, ps don't change keep going like this

I went to this place today for lunch around 12, they seated us straight away and we were served almost immediately, I ate very well, the sandwiches pleasantly surprised me, they were bigger than I expected and really well seasoned, we also ate a portion of fried potatoes (for 2) so very abundant and some potato cakes also delicious and well presented, the waiter who served us was very kind, overall everything was excellent I recommend it

I was on holiday in Sardinia, I was passing through Budoni and I stopped at the lira.
I was very impressed by the old school atmosphere that made me feel at home, to nibble I took the bruschetta, the lira was delicious, excellent quality carpaccio to follow I took a spacey entrecote, rating 10, friendly and helpful staff. If you pass through Budoni you can't miss going to the lira

An authentic restaurant, predominantly populated by locals. The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive. In addition to the a la carte menu, there are also lunch menus (three different starters and three different main courses) at a great price. We were extremely impressed the first day. Our enthusiasm was less than satisfactory the two other times. Next time, we'd try the a la carte option.

Service was perfect. A great family-friendly restaurant. Burgers, fries, onion rings, stuffed jalapeños, hummus wrap , cheap drinks. Spicy oil for those looking for a kick.
