I tried the lobster sandwich: simply exquisite, balanced in flavor, and perfectly executed. The mackerel, prepared with great technique and originality, was a real discovery: an elaborate yet harmonious dish, truly exceptional. But the absolute highlight was the fried fish: incredibly abundant, crispy, light, and incredibly dry—a rare treat—and with a flavor that makes you want to order another immediately. The restaurant is modern, well-kept, and original, with a distinctive and refined feel. The idea of craft beers made in collaboration with them is wonderful: a detail that makes all the difference and demonstrates the passion and research behind it. The service was impeccable: the waiters were friendly, knowledgeable, and able to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm, without ever being intrusive. The owners? A rarity: friendly, helpful, and with that genuine passion that makes you feel at home. Truly the best! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a different, tasty, and unique experience.
