A very small restaurant with just a few tables, perhaps a little too close together, family-run. The menu features many local delicacies, including the excellent crostini with Colonnata lard and the Trinci with pistachio cream, pecorino cheese, and julienned prosciutto. Very good.

We stumbled upon it by chance and had a truly superb dinner! The place is small (which I think is a plus), very well-kept, cozy, and intimate. The dishes are prepared with passion, dedication, and pure love for the ingredients. We had the scrambled eggs with truffles (fragrant, a delight), the cavolo nero and mixed legume soup (fantastic), crouton with pecorino and onion, and house liqueur. We had a wonderful time, the service was top-notch, and the bill was perfectly reasonable. We'll be back!

Decent appetizer, excellent first courses, good service, and a very relaxed atmosphere. An authentic experience, albeit one limited by time constraints: in places like this, it would be interesting to test the creativity of the kitchen staff, because it's clear they can do much more (what's already there is already fine, anyway). Pet-friendly. Worth a visit!

Having made a reservation, we were greeted promptly upon arrival, with water and bread immediately brought to us.
After two excellent platters, both in quality and quantity (so much so that with just two—the menu indicated for two—we ate for six), some of us ordered gnocchi with bacon and creamed fava beans, others beans with pork rinds, and still others tagliolini with julienned prosciutto, creamed pistachios, shaved pecorino cheese, and wild fennel-flavored bread.
At this point, skipping main courses due to fullness, we finished with tiramisu and zuppa inglese, both homemade and particularly delicious.
Coffee and an after-dinner drink were kindly offered.
Everything was more than delicious, with quick and attentive service.
