Well-prepared food, served by friendly staff in a quiet setting and at a fair price

A delightful surprise just around the corner from the center of Peschici. A peaceful setting with a lovely pergola for outdoor dining, but the interior also has a special charm, as if you were inside a cave. The menu isn't overly extensive but offers a good selection. We were a group and chose three main courses to share instead of appetizers. The stuffed mussels were noteworthy, as were the octopus tentacle and the troccoli with clams. The pizza, cooked in a beautiful wood-fired oven visible from the entrance, is also tasty and made with quality ingredients. Portions are just the right size. The service is friendly and very attentive to everyone's needs, adults and children alike. Prices are average for the area and the type of restaurant. Recommended!

The food was reasonably good, but the prices were a bit high for a trattoria outside the historic center that doesn't pretend to be a fine dining establishment. The fried shrimp and calamari cost €20, which is a shame because it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

A very charming little restaurant in the historic center of Peschici, yet away from the hustle and bustle. The young staff is very, very friendly. Ideal for those who love simple, no-frills places where you can eat well in a friendly, family-friendly atmosphere at reasonable prices.

I highly recommend this small restaurant in the center of Peschici, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. It's an authentic, non-touristy place. You can dine under a pergola or in a very unique indoor dining room. The fish is excellent, always fresh, and the desserts are delicious. The pizzas are also good. Excellent value. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and a special mention goes to the young owners, who are friendly, professional, and always smiling.

A true hidden gem! The trattoria/pizzeria "La Lanterna" is a true paradise for lovers of good food. The fish is fresh and cooked to perfection, and the menu also offers a selection of wood-fired pizzas. The entire staff at La Lanterna was extremely kind, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO APPRECIATES GOOD FOOD!
