13 of us stopped here after a mountain trip to Monte Gendarme. Excellent pizza, we had a good time. The first and second courses were also excellent, we will be back! Go Bologna!

One flaw was that there were no fries but for me everything was very good. For personal taste, I would add a little pepper to the sliced ​​rocket and Grana. EXCEPTIONAL cheesecake, not so much the tiramisu. However, very good and plentiful dishes. Staff present but not irritating or oppressive. I'm planning to return.

01/02/2025: In una calda giornata abbiamo deciso di andare a rinfrescarci e abbiamo trascorso una bella serata con piatti buoni. Gentili e disponibili. Buona la qualità. Prezzo forse leggermente superiore al dovuto. Comunque siamo stati bene. Consigliato.
29/10/2024: All’interno dell’hotel Edelweiss si trova questo raffinato ristorante dagli interno in legno e dai trofei di caccia che creano la tipica atmosfera di montagna. Nel menù sono presenti le tipicità Ossolane in versione deluxe con un occhio di riguardo alla selvaggina. Sono presenti interessanti menù guidati che permettono un percorso completo. Al termine della nostra esperienza confermiamo il fatto che questo ristorante è degnamente citato dalle guide Slow Food e Michelin.

10/02/2025: We had lunch with two adults and a little girl at the guesthouse. The dishes cooked well, welcoming environment and good service. In my opinion perhaps a little expensive.
09/02/2025: Rustic guesthouse on the Devero Alpe plain, therefore in a splendid position. Welcoming and clean, it is a cross between a hotel and a refuge. Excellent management, helpful and friendly. Excellent cuisine, wonderful strudel, excellent Ossolani gnocchi, polenta and game.
