Locale in un paesino sul litorale carsico, non proprio comodo per parcheggiare l'auto. Purtroppo il locale negli arredi risente del peso degli anni (60-70) che se svecchiati senza grandi interventi lo renderebbero piacevole all'occhio e ben si adetterebbero al piacere di una cucina semplice ma gradevole con prodottti pescati, freschi. Servizio ineccepibile per cortesia e professionalità.

Santa Croce is a very characteristic, quiet ancient fishing village, located high up above the coast, just outside Trieste. Trattoria La Lampara, which is also an inn, is located right in the center of the village and has a small private car park. It offers high quality but not pretentious cuisine, with always fresh local products and above all fish from the gulf of the day. The dishes, very tasty, are freshly prepared and the portions are generous. The service is attentive and discreet. The price is not cheap but absolutely worthy of the proposal. Lovers of good food and fish should not miss this experience.

Nice little place to eat in Sante Croce. A simple, genuine place, where you look much more at the substance than the form. Delicious dishes and great kindness from the owner. Welcome prosecco makes the difference. Much appreciated.

Fish restaurant run by the Tenze brothers with long experience behind them. Excellent and above all genuine fish dishes. I really like to go there when I can.
