Restaurant at the entrance to the historic center of Monticchiello. The free parking lot at the entrance to the town is small and usually full, so you have to park in the lower area and go up a steep hill because the entire town is ZTL.
Spectacular views from the terrace, where they kindly provided us with a table for our large group. The service is very top.
Regarding the food, there is nothing that was particularly bad, but nothing was particularly good either. In our case, there has not been a good quality-price ratio, I suppose it is more a place for tapas and drinks than for eating with the family. If this is your case, look for other options.

Superb restaurant. At the foot of Monticello. Magnificent view. Excellent dishes. La Buffala was incredible. All at reasonable prices. Do not hesitate.

Quite small but cozy restaurant at the entrance to the old town center. Idyllic with a small garden and behind hedges, but still a fantastic view over Tuscany.
Enjoy the sunset there in the evening and eat delicious food… what more could you want!!!
The food was an absolute delight for the palate, with matching wine and very friendly service.
We will definitely come back again!!!

Place located at the entrance to the town, most of the tables are outdoors, a slightly neglected environment compared to years ago, kind owner, uses quality and local raw materials, excellent variety of wines and cocktails for aperitifs and snacks. Our table service was slow compared to others, in line with the tourist place. (I advise the restaurateur to put an extra slice of bread in the "bread, butter and anchovies" to better appreciate the dish).

A small restaurant at the entrance to the town. Actually we just wanted to have a drink and ended up staying the whole evening. Very good drinks, great regional food and a friendly team. Fantastic sunsets for unforgettable evenings. The small town is worth seeing and not "overcrowded", free parking is possible on the outskirts in about 500m.
