We were here in early September. We had a delicious meal, but the upstairs area is a bit dull. It was very busy and there were lots of locals. Service was also quick and attentive. We made a reservation, which was definitely necessary.

High price, modest quantities, good quality. We ordered three fillets, unfortunately not rare, a tagliata, a tagliolini, a pappardella, and a white pizza with mushrooms. The food itself was very good, but expensive for the price given the quantity. The mushrooms in all the dishes were also excellent (that's what we went for). The atmosphere, on the first floor, was a bit noisy, but the staff was friendly. Recommended, but with reservations.

A pleasant discovery while visiting Buti, a quiet place with excellent cuisine, a welcoming and clean atmosphere, and kind and attentive staff.

We've rarely eaten as well and affordably as here! Our family enjoyed four delicious pizzas and wonderful desserts—all for a price you could only dream of in the Netherlands. The waitress didn't speak English, and my Italian is minimal, but with her kindness and dedication, she still made it a wonderful evening. What hospitality! Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back! 🇮🇹🍕🍮

22/08/2025: Excellent experience 10 minutes from Volterra, the room was renovated and very quiet. Small defects in the shower box but nothing major... Value for money 10 and praise. Thanks
06/06/2025: Mein Lieblingsrestaurant seit 1981 - mit 5 war ich zum ersten Mal in der damals ganz neuen Trattoria, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem hervorragenden Restaurant mit lokaler Küche entwickelt hat. Es gibt keine „Spielereien“ sondern das pure Geschmackserlebnis aus besten lokalen Zutaten. Und alles hält die wunderbare Irma zusammen. Der gute Geist und die umsichtige Chefin.
