La Grotta di Bruno Onofrio In Palermo

30/07/2024: Tasty tasty pizzas. Nice restaurant. Service can/must really be better. The young lady serving (daughter?) clearly didn't feel like it. Very grumpy. We ordered a bottle of white wine. Had to ask for a wine cooler ourselves. This was eventually put on the table. We were allowed to put the bottle in it ourselves. These are small things that need to be improved.

03/07/2024: They had an offer of a variety of daily specials that were all really interesting. I tried the pistachio pesto with blackberry jam and cheese pizza and was not disappointed. Compared to other places I ate in palermo, I think the price was very comparable and reasonable for good food. I was alone for dinner at 8pm. The staff that actually waited the table were great. The hostess was a bit weird to me, I guess because she assumed she was going to lose money on my table compared to seating a couple, but I came in before the rush and the table next to me was empty the whole time, so it was a bit unwarranted the fuss she made.
