Generally very good food: among the mixed starters some highlights (e.g. raw beef), the chocolate pappardelle with a surprisingly light, fresh and fragrant white venison ragout is a beautiful creation. Sensational lamb shoulder with thyme. My companion appreciated the dessert. Interesting environment in the "cave" wing, in the other rooms an unglamorous modern-rustic mix. Punctual and pleasant service. To return.

Bel locale caratteristico nel comune di Guardiagrele, rinnovato di recente. Menù tipico della tradizione, rivisitato in chiave moderna soprattutto nell'impiattamento. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Servizio cordiale e disponibile.

Piatti con ingredienti di primissima qualità curati nei minimi dettagli. Personale gentile e competente, soprattutto il giovanissimo sommelier. Infinita scelta di vini e prezzi più che corretti per la proposta culinaria di altissimo livello. Consigliatissimo.
P.S. non allego foto perché abbiamo gustato tutto prima di riuscire a farle.
