Unique experience, it was the second time and it was magnificent. Excellent food, amazing service, wonderful atmosphere.

A truly delightful dining experience and atmosphere, especially if you're lucky enough to dine in the cave. Metre, the chef and sommelier (aka Alessandro Borghese) work hand in hand, offering their passion and expertise to serve guests.

Well, not much to say, top place with very kind and capable staff, especially the sommelier, very good food with evident raw materials and with very good prices compared to the quality-price ratio.

The atmosphere is very welcoming throughout the restaurant. The cave has a lovely, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is of the highest quality and technique, everything is delicious, and the tasting is highly recommended. There are some minor flaws in the sommelier's service: after recommending us to start with a glass of champagne, he practically abandoned us even though we had asked for a wine recommendation for the following meals. This wine never arrived, and we drank only water for the entire meal.

Everything was excellent: excellent staff, excellent food, fantastic service with descriptions of the various dishes, and finally, the super beautiful location, a mix of ancient and modern with an adjoining cave, all immersed with excellent music playing that pampers you 360 degrees. I highly recommend it to everyone, an experience not to be missed.

The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant is very elegant and well-kept, and although small, it exudes warmth and comfort.
