A very elegant and refined restaurant. We tried the 8-course tasting menu. It was a gourmet journey of beautifully paired flavors and exquisite preparation.

The atmosphere is very welcoming throughout the restaurant. The cave has a lovely, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is of the highest quality and technique, everything is delicious, and the tasting is highly recommended. There are some minor flaws in the sommelier's service: after recommending us to start with a glass of champagne, he practically abandoned us even though we had asked for a wine recommendation for the following meals. This wine never arrived, and we drank only water for the entire meal.

Everything was excellent: excellent staff, excellent food, fantastic service with descriptions of the various dishes, and finally, the super beautiful location, a mix of ancient and modern with an adjoining cave, all immersed with excellent music playing that pampers you 360 degrees. I highly recommend it to everyone, an experience not to be missed.

A truly top-notch restaurant located at the foot of the mountain. Super relaxing and minimalist atmosphere, top-notch service with a young man who explains every course. The food is truly delicious, fresh, and with wonderful combinations.
