Everything was excellent: excellent staff, excellent food, fantastic service with descriptions of the various dishes, and finally, the super beautiful location, a mix of ancient and modern with an adjoining cave, all immersed with excellent music playing that pampers you 360 degrees. I highly recommend it to everyone, an experience not to be missed.

My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant and can only praise not only the food but the restaurant as a whole. In this restaurant, you're welcomed with a warm welcome from Cristian, who guides you with kindness, professionalism, and elegance throughout your stay. The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant is very elegant and well-kept, and although small, it exudes warmth and comfort. We recommend everyone to stop by if you're in the area. This place is truly worth a visit.

I've known and frequented this restaurant for at least 20 years, a firm fixture in the local gastronomic scene. Whenever I can, I treat myself to dinner at Grotta dei Raselli at least once a year. A unique location, an excellent wine selection, consistently impeccable service, and food that reflects the local identity, crafted with the finest local ingredients and enhanced by expert craftsmanship. The only disappointing aspect this time was a single course on the tasting menu, featuring lamb and giardiniera-style vegetables. I personally found it bland and unpleasant. For the rest, only applause.
