We had the pleasure of enjoying a complete experience, including dinner and accommodation, which truly won us over in every way. From the first moment, you can sense extraordinary attention to detail: from the welcome to the atmosphere, to the attention given to guests, everything is designed to make guests feel pampered and at ease. The cuisine was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the experience: each dish was prepared with quality ingredients and evident passion, transforming each course into something memorable. Authentic flavors, well-balanced and presented with great elegance. Special praise goes to Cristian, whom we have nicknamed "Alessandro Borghese junior": his ability to present each dish is simply magnificent. It's not just about the food, but a true story told by the chef, accompanying each course, making the experience even more engaging and unique. The stay also lived up to expectations: well-kept, clean, and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after such a satisfying dinner. A place where you can sense passion, dedication, and love for what they do. We'll definitely be back!
