For lunch: Large space with lots of parking and lots of seating! The lunch menu at €12 is of good quality, but unfortunately I have to penalize the service because it is very slow, and for those who need a lunch break, it is absolutely not good! It seemed like there was a lack of organization in the room!!! We will return to see if it was a coincidence or not….

Went twice in our stay in Bergamo, good service, food was nice and they’ve made a a lot of effort to cater for people who wish to eat gluten free. Portion sizes are huge and always ended up over ordering. If I was going again, I’d probably share an antipasti, primi and secondi between 2. Salmon pasta was excellent. Definitely worth a trip.

I went for the Easter 2025 lunch at the Grotta Azzurra Restaurant, I was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the à la carte menu which gave a wide choice of numerous specialities, the elegant and well-kept location was also beautiful, as regards the service I would say good, the dining room staff were kind and attentive to the customer, thanks to the owners and all the staff for the beautiful day and the excellent lunch at your restaurant.

Hotel Villa Zoia

09/07/2025: Kindness and helpfulness are definitely Villa Zoia's main strengths. The reserved covered parking is very convenient, allowing you direct access to your room's floor. The only downside I found was that, in my opinion, the rooms lack general maintenance. The breakfast was a complete buffet.
04/06/2025: Great location, clean rooms and abundant breakfast. Very kind staff. The internal parking is small but acceptable.

16/03/2025: Raw tortellini with cream, ham and tasty peas. Saffron tagliatelle, speck and mushrooms good, but overly seasoned. The courteous and attentive lady explained to us the convenience of the menu. He immediately suggested microwave or pan frying, when I said they were lukewarm.
