Very nice place, as the name suggests, inside a cave. In fact, you go down the stairs and reach the room. Good pizza and super desserts.

Really nothing to say. Delicious pizza, entrée of crostini with fondue and delicate truffle flakes, impeccable Ascoli olives. The place is very picturesque, because you have to go below the street level, and it is very well looked after. Impeccable service and a truly honest price.

Nice place, the cave is no coincidence, in fact you go down the road and the place is right there.
Rustic but elegant, if it weren't for the paper placemats it could be a luxury place.
The meat in the carpaccio and excellent carbonara were excellent but with a different consistency than usual, not at all a specialty of the house and could not be the same as the others.
Quality wine by the glass.
Service present but not overwhelming.
It's not the right place if you're in a hurry.

Hospitality with a 10. Despite the language barrier, very friendly service. Atmosphere was very good. The hostess puts guests at ease and it is clear that the hostess understands her profession. The food was good. Even though we requested medium preparation of the meat, we did not receive medium. Due to the quality of the meat, a slightly overcooked preparation was also very tasty.
I definitely recommend Fossembrone.
After a tour through Italy and visiting at least 25 restaurants, this restaurant is certainly in the top 3 in terms of atmosphere and service.

Un très bon accueil dés le matin pour effectué une réservation pour manger le midi .
Arrivé à midi on nous a installé en terrasse avec le sourire du patron. Présentation de la carte un peu complexe à lire avec toutes les propositions des plats proposés .
Nous avons choisi en proposition du jour tartare de saumon au pommes sauce avocat très belle présentation sur une ardoise mais c'est tout quand on voit passé les autres Plats on reste un peu sur notre faim. Une petite assiette de frites ou bien une salade en accompagnement serait bien .en dessert profiterolle aux pistaches très bonnes et bien servi enfin pour finir bon petit repas tout de même à voir une autre fois avec d'autres plats.
