La Grolla In Saint-vincent

I was confident of the good reviews but I was disappointed. Nice location. Two of us had an appetizer, a first course for me and a second course for my husband. The starter arrived together with my first course... Bad move. And then came his second. My first sedanini with smoked trout was nothing special. Too al dente for my taste and the little pieces of trout were barely visible. My husband was satisfied with the fillet. Waitress not smiling and apparently annoyed. He didn't understand that we were going to share the starter. My husband asked her if it was possible to replace the side dish included in the second course (according to him, only potatoes were included) with a salad. At first she said it wasn't possible but that she would go and ask and then it happened forgot The other waiter probably the owner was kinder and knew what to do and said that there was no problem with the salad. Too bad...I would have liked to feel better.

Excellent food and well served... raw ham and wine were described perfectly as we are not from the Aosta Valley... meat cooked as desired and the first course was also good... delightful environment and staff. Compliments

During our ski holidays we go to this restaurant for the second time, near our hotel. We ate the bourguignonne, the meat served with potatoes was really excellent, and we drank an excellent wine. The dessert is also good. We left satisfied. Average account.

Welcoming and very busy brasserie at lunchtime, we had the famous aperitif then bourguignonne board (served with four sauces and roasted potatoes), as well as a bottle of wine. Coffee was offered to us! A very good experience!

On holiday we decided to treat ourselves and eat some typical cuisine, we couldn't have chosen better! Unfortunately I'm not local because otherwise I would become a regular customer! Everything really delicious, very kind staff and beautiful atmosphere!
