With its exceptionally succulent dishes and outstandingly attentive staff La Griglia delivers an impactful and reminisce-worthy experience. Restaurant's owner himself is a very warm-hearted person who further elevates the environment of the place. It is conveniently close to the Arena Di Verona so do make sure to mark it on your bucket-list when visiting this beautiful city.

Very tasty food. Since it is called 'la griglia', I chose a piece of roast meat, with grilled vegetables. That turned out to be a good choice: tender meat with the right cuisson. The service was good, not pushy, a bit stiff but very correct. They first gave us the wrong water (naturale instead of frizzante) but that was immediately corrected with apologies after we had reported it. So no problem!

Fillet steak bland. Roast potatoes hard and flavourless. Grilled vegetables were embarrassing small. Lamb chops were okay. I wouldn’t go back for the quality for the price, especially given how many better options there are. Service was good. Overpriced for what it is, they charge 10% IVA which almost no other places in Verona do, and yet their prices are higher. Avoid.

Quiet place. We were two families of 4 with children and we were served very well, with special attention to the little ones. We ate meat in abundance and an excellent wine.

A true highlight in Verona. The food was excellent, especially the Fiorentina steak, which was perfectly grilled, juicy, and top quality. The rest of the menu was also fresh and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive — very friendly, attentive, and professional. We felt completely at ease and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Ristorante da frequentare. Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile. Il cibo veramente squisito . Abbiamo mangiato un primo molto buono : Bigoli al sugo di chianina, e una fiorentina fantastica : mai mangiata una carne così tenera. Anche il tiramisu con nutella molto buono. Ampia scelta di vini.Prezzo medio alto ma tutto meritato. i torneremo. Bravo Ronni e bravo Giacomo che ci aiutato nelle scelte!

20/06/2025: A charming local restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, good service. A selection of fresh and delicious dishes was hard to choose and the owner suggested we take half dishes to enjoy all the variety. Thank you for the warm hospitality
02/06/2025: I think it is not right not to have a menu from which you can choose the courses and where the relative price for each is indicated. The same goes for the bill, where the total is reported, without the slightest indication of the number of places and the respective courses, but with a total! A tip: bruschetta should be served with tomato 🍅 or cherry tomatoes cut into pieces and not with tomato puree!
