We traveled from Germany. We found this restaurant on the way... We were surprised. It was delicious. Simply heavenly. We even ordered the Placintaa dish again. We really enjoyed the seafood plate. We'll be back.

Today I had the chance to have lunch at the "La Big Apple" restaurant and took a dip in intense and authentic flavours: the Salianka you don't expect! I had the pleasure of trying Salianka soup at this restaurant and I must say it was a truly memorable dining experience. From the first taste, I was won over by the complexity and richness of flavors that this dish can offer. The Salianka here is prepared with skill, respecting its sweet and sour and spicy nature. I particularly appreciated the variety of ingredients: the different types of meat blended harmoniously with the flavor of the pickled cucumbers and olives. The consistency of the soup was thick and satisfying, almost a small liquid stew, a sign of the generosity of the ingredients used. I found the balance between salty, acidic and a slight sweetness to be impeccable, making each spoonful an explosion of flavour. Applause also goes to the presentation: the soup was served hot, garnished with a generous spoonful of fresh sour cream and a slice of lemon, as tradition dictates. The addition of sour cream slightly toned down the intensity of the dish, making it even more pleasant on the palate. If you are looking for a dish with a strong and decisive character, which will transport you with just one taste, the Salianka of this restaurant is an absolute must-try. It's a great Salianka.
