Besides being a great place for Chinese food, I'd like to thank the owner who welcomed us before opening time, got us settled, and then served us with a professionalism and, above all, kindness that's rare in many Italian restaurants these days. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars: unique flavors, authentic Chinese cuisine, and super attentive staff.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost thirty years, and I have to say I still like some things. As a fan of Chinese cuisine (I remember that Prato, 15 km from Pisa, has one of the largest Chinatowns in Italy), I have to say that the cuisine has changed a lot in recent years, and not for the better. For example, if the menu says "crispy duck," I expect crispy food, not bland slices of dry duck fillet. The service is a bit distracted, but it works. A word of advice: go back to your old habits!
