La Gourmandise In Torino

In my opinion, this is one of the best Moroccan bakeries in Turin. In addition to pastries (shortbread cookies filled with dried fruit, almond paste, or dates, small fried puff pastries, and other wonderful treats), you can find puff pastry cakes filled with almond paste, soft tarts, frangipane-filled tarts, and a wonderful baklava. Plus, there's a refrigerated counter full of creamy single-serving treats, each more beautiful than the last. And they even sell bread! I can highly recommend their msemen, a flaky flatbread, which is perfect! The prices are very fair and the staff are friendly. I always love stopping by!

I bought the "gazelle horns" in several variations. I had never tried this dessert before, and I loved it. I'll be back to try other specialties.
