My wife and I visited La Ginestra in Fiore twice during our stay in Sirolo, and both dinners were absolutely unforgettable. Every dish we tried (antipasti, primi, secondi) was exceptional. The flavours were creative, and genuinely special, with very interesting combinations of ingredients that worked perfectly together. Even the dessert I tried was outstanding. What made the experience even better were the thoughtful extras like the delicious bread and focaccia served with butter and other accompaniments. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout both visits, making us feel truly taken care of. And the location itself is spectacular with breathtaking views. Without a doubt one of the best dining experiences we had in Italy. We would happily return again.

We booked for Easter from Rome and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant's modern and chic decor creates a relaxing atmosphere for a lunch with friends. The outdoor area is beautiful, with an enchanting view and a serene atmosphere. This place offers a truly refined dining experience. Exquisite cuisine with impeccable service and excellently crafted dishes. The staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive at every opportunity. Everything was absolutely perfect.

One of the best dinners in recent years here at La Ginestra in Fiore. The grilled fish tasting menu was carefully crafted from start to finish with precision and quality: the delicate skate wings were followed by gnocchi where the sea exploded in your mouth. Next up was monkfish, whose smoky aroma still lingered, and then a passion fruit sorbet washed down. The restaurant's added value was the service, where David pampered us throughout and served us with precision but, above all, passion: this is a distinguishing feature that makes all the difference in the new generations of restaurant professionals. Last but not least, the location and view were breathtaking.

A truly special place on Mount Conero. Everything was perfect, from the breathtaking view to the great rooms and incredible breakfast. 100% recommend staying here. The staff is super hospitable and welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel itself is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and the rooms are confortable. The breakfast was also really good and generous. Other nice things: They light up a bonfire in the evenings which is a nice touch. There is all day sunlight and the air here is fresh + there are tons of hikes to do next to here which overlook the sea One thing we would have wished was that the jacuzzi’s would be open, but since we went off season we can also understand it was too early! Overall, highly recommend staying here. We will be back :)

A couple's dinner to celebrate my birthday in a very relaxed, elegant setting with a breathtaking view. An interesting and refined cuisine, as well as the wine selection. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The themed menu (but only slightly modifiable/additional) was disappointing, and the portion of the chicken could be a bit more generous, but these suggestions don't detract from a more than positive review.

Truly a wonderful place! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained, with a spectacular view! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a special moment. The staff is young, always smiling, and very friendly, making you feel right at home. The service is attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. An absolutely positive experience, I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone! Breakfast is top notch!!
