I go often and I have a great time with the quality of the food, friendliness, environment and cleanliness! Top!!!

Small restaurant in the center of Confienza, quiet and clean environment, classic table linens and equipment, traditional menu with some escapes to other provinces such as Beef in oil, unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try the cured meats and look at the wine list but I I promise to return. However, the Beef in oil was good and the Paniscia was good (for my taste I would have cooked the beans slightly more) and the creaming was good. Small but pleasant treats are the aperitif and the small pastries, offered at the opening and closing of lunch. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, good value for money, so overall a restaurant that recalls other times but attentive to today's requests, I would recommend it and would also like to return, well done!!

Delizioso questo localino situato a Confienza. Delizioso il locale, delizioso il servizio (preciso, puntuale e mai eccessivo), ma soprattutto deliziosi i piatti proposti. Piatti classici leggermente rivisitati, ma sempre con gusto. Buona carta dei vini. Entre di benvenuto e dolcini offerti con il caffè sono un plus non da poco. Bravi

Exceptional restaurant, the owners are very kind and always available, excellent service and equally good dishes, when I'm in the area I don't miss an opportunity to stop by. They also have a menu of the day for lunch, always very high quality and fast service. The room does not have many tables or seats, I recommend booking to be sure of finding a seat.

Everything excellent!! A small restaurant with a refined menu and excellent ideas. The chef and all the staff are always up to par, very friendly, helpful and prepared! The desserts are also very good and an excellent selection of wines! Well managed, recommended!

Ristorantino bello curato e gestito da persone molto cordiali in quel di confienza Piccolo centro tra Pavia Novara e Vercelli Cucina schietta buona e chiaramente tipica il risotto non può mancare e la paniscia lo fa da padrona un antipastino con del baccalà molto fresco e un risotto con gorgonzola rapa rossa e colatura di alici buonissimo carta dei vini presente con referenze importanti il tutto gestito da una responsabile di sala Attiva precisa e soprattutto molto cordiale corretto rapporto qualità prezzo
