Returning to this restaurant after a few years, I have to say it's even better. Excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine (simply superb veal with tuna sauce) in a family-friendly, mountain-style setting. Since it's incredibly popular on weekends, I recommend booking well in advance, even though the owners are truly kind and helpful.

11/03/2026: This restaurant is located in the historic center of Moncalieri, in a beautiful, characteristic square. The owners are fantastic, two extraordinary men, one in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Friendliness, elegance, expertise, and professionalism are the hallmarks. I've eaten the best Piedmontese dishes at this restaurant, from veal with tuna sauce to plin pasta with roast beef sauce, all excellent both in terms of the cooking and the quality of the ingredients. We also tried the Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, the onion soup, and for a sweet finish, a fantastic hot zabaglione with meringue biscuits. Everything is homemade, even the pasta and desserts. The wines are local and high-quality. A wonderful place, both for the owners and the food, a must-try.

01/03/2026: All the dishes are incredible and affordably priced. A restaurant that truly represents Italian gastronomy and culture, both in its service and atmosphere. Well done to everyone involved, and a lovely family spirit.
25/02/2026: We were treated to a Carnival lunch. The place was nice, the service excellent, but the agnolotti were undercooked and cold.
