A security. I have been going to eat at this place for over 30 years, unfortunately not often enough as I live far away.
If you are looking for a gourmet proposal you could consider other offers, otherwise if you like that kind you cannot miss trying this now historic place. In my opinion the best in the country and therefore in general the best restaurant to eat panigacci.
Best combo:
At the beginning cooked panigacci (or are they testaroli? 🙂) with pesto, oil and parmesan, mushrooms
Followed by all-you-can-eat panigacci with cold cuts and cheese (stracchino and gorgonzola if you like)
As a sweet nutella panigacci.

Quiet place, welcoming staff, informal environment, perfect if you are looking for a bit of cool air in the summer. The highlight are the panigacci accompanied by quality cold cuts. Average price. I'll be back.

We stopped at this restaurant for dinner on a recommendation and did not regret it at all, we had never heard of such a dish as panigacci, something between pancakes and pita bread, cooked over a fire and served with various appetizers. We really liked everything, both the food and the homemade wine, definitely worth a visit!

For the first time I came to eat panigacci in this restaurant, remaining truly happy and satisfied both in terms of the quality of the products and the staff who proved to be very courteous, helpful and extremely kind. Also not to be underestimated is the rustic environment, which is extremely clean, very bright and welcoming; Truly exceptional panigacci. I will be back soon.

Per la nostra prima volta a Podenzana, consigliati da amici, ci rechiamo in questo capiente ristorante per degustare i noti panigacci. Li abbiamo assaporati con salumi e formaggi, con ottima soddisfazione, buono anche il bianco locale.
Torneremo sicuramente.
