La Gavarina D'Oro In Podenzana

Very nice restaurant with ample parking, friendly staff, and fast service. Everything was excellent, from the starters to the main courses (we tried the boiled testaroli, panigacci, and mixed grill—everything was perfect!), the homemade desserts were delicious, and the bill was more than fair!! Recommended.

The best panigacci I've ever eaten. Cooked to order in the large open fireplace, thin and perfectly crispy, accompanied by excellent cured meats, stracchino, and gorgonzola. The price is fair, though not exactly cheap.

I'd been away for a while, and I found excellent service with good, plentiful cured meats. Saturdays are "difficult," but the panigacci were a bit undercooked.

If you want to eat authentic panigacci, this is the place to be. Sit down and indulge in the warm baskets, which can be accompanied by platters of cured meats and cheeses. In short, you'll be spoiled for choice here, but one thing's for sure: you won't be disappointed.

Locale storico di Podenzana, uno dei più famosi x mangiare i panigacci. L esperienza alla gavarina d oro è positiva, tuttavia non do 5/5 perché quello che abbiamo mangiato al di fuori dei panigacci non era all altezza, in particolare i ravioli col sugo di carne (non al dente ma veramente indietro di cottura, duri alla masticazione). Il tris di panigacci bollito è buono, ottimo quello olio e parmigiano, buoni, non eccezionali a gusto personale, pesto e funghi. I panigacci secchi sono buoni, interessante e positivo il fatto che appena finiti venga una persona a riempire il cestino, portandoli nuovamente caldi e non facendoli raffreddare. Il panigaccio è di ottima fattura, mentre gli affettati, ahimè, non li ho trovati assolutamente di qualità. Buoni, buonissimi, i dolci. Ristorante con cibo ottimo ed abbondante,buonissimo i panigacci con i salumi eccellenti,con lo stracchino e il gorgonzola,ottimo anche il chiodo e i dolci con cui abbiamo concluso il pranzo. Il personale è gentilissimo e veloce. Consiglio a tutti di andarci a mangiare. C’è anche un comodo parcheggio interno.
