It's a nice place, and it's gotten better over the years. I used to go there as a teenager with friends, and it was nice to go back. Everything was delicious. Perhaps the only flaw was the dessert: the cheesecake had a floury base, but it was still good.

28/02/2026: Excellent dinner with exquisite cured meats and cheeses, all accompanied by a top-notch wine and beer cellar! Very good value for money!
19/02/2026: I stayed 1 night on Wednesday for work, very convenient parking, spacious room and bathroom, warm, clean and comfortable, it's a shame I didn't try the kitchen because it was closed, the "set" of hams and cheeses promised well, very kind staff

Hotel Ristorante Bar Edelweiss

07/03/2026: I come to the Edelweiss restaurant and bar very often. The location is fantastic, at the foot of the cable car and the starting point of numerous hiking trails. Unfortunately, today we came here to the bar after checking the opening hours online (and it says the bar is open Sunday to Monday), but we found everything closed!!!! We're very angry because it's a beautiful sunny day and not a single bar is open for tourists!!! What a shame!!!! I hope this doesn't happen again! Get organized, but you can't keep everything closed!!!
29/09/2025: You can enjoy typical dishes from the Monte Baldo area. The San Michel platter, served during the livestock fair on September 29th each year, is excellent. Excellent prices and generous portions.
