La Ganea In Villachiara

This restaurant is run by an exceptional couple of chefs. I haven't found a better place yet. The flavors and textures are all perfectly balanced. You never leave hungry, and as soon as you leave, you want to go back. I've been going there for years now, and everything is always perfect. The prices are too fair for the quality of the food. It's a bit isolated, but the location, in Palazzo Martinengo, is very charming. I still don't understand why they don't have a Michelin star.

Already used on several occasions, this very intimate restaurant also lends itself to special occasions and ceremonies, with a beautiful outdoor space as well. Constantly updated menus featuring typical, strictly homemade products. The owners are friendly and very skilled in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the experience and didn't take any photos. I'm writing this after having visited the restaurant several times with my family. I love the intimate yet informal atmosphere, the professional yet not aloof attitude, the refined yet uncomplicated dishes, I love novelty but not surprises, I love originality but not excess... I'm aware that I won't provide detailed information; I'll just say that I had a great time and that I'll be back.
