Anyone who visits Volterra goes to this small but wonderful place. I guarantee you will return In addition to the splendid welcome while you wait for your table, the owner will pamper you with sympathy and kindness with a glass of white bubbles and then... we recommend an extraordinary dish "the Volterranea soup" we guarantee that you will savor a unique dish with typical local flavors of Tuscany and then maybe a focaccia with pistachio, mortadella and buffalo mozzarella. Go and you will make yourself and the owner happy and you will definitely come back I would like to add that the negative review does not match our delightful and extremely positive experience. The dishes were prepared with excellent quality products.

06/05/2025: My partner and I wanted to try this restaurant with a complete fish-only menu: we booked even though early May is still low season and in fact we caught the evening where we were alone... Nonetheless, the service was excellent, there was no desire to send us away to close quickly, in fact the waiter explained to us in detail all the details of the menu and what extras the kitchen allowed, furthermore we were offered a glass of rosé prosecco and a very refined entrée. The two first courses were excellent and the fried prawns, squid and calamari were amazing, dry, crunchy and plentiful (luckily we had two of them), and the dessert was also different from the usual ones. All of this, including a bottle of Vermentino Toscano, at 55 each, not even exaggerated considering the refined environment, refined cuisine and seafront location.... We'll be back!
