For the main course, we enjoyed the tortellini filled with ricotta and spinach, paired with a delightful red wine. Today, January 29th, we entered this "beautiful place" indicated to us by Mrs. Simona from the Bentivoglio hardware store. I was truly struck by the kindness and friendliness. Really good tortellini (my husband liked it very much) and crescentine and tigelle with an amazing accompaniment. Reduced meal because we were passing through. But we'll be back. It's really worth it. And last but not least: quality and price 🔝, considering that it's all "homemade". We will return calmly to continue and delight the palate. Absolutely worth trying. Definitely not just any trattoria. We stumbled upon it by chance one rainy evening after a visit to the nearby hospital, they kindly stuck us between one booking and another. Excellent quality food, the menu follows traditional dishes, excellent desserts (I tried the mascarpone) Essential environment, a little shabby chic. Prices adequate for the quality and service, 4 of us spent €75 for 4 first courses, covered and fresh water, it is suitable for this level.

I was passing through on business and I took a platter with tigelle and crescentine, all excellent but the crescentine were not the best to my taste and the accompanying squaccherone was excellent. As a Sicilian I appreciated a glass of excellent nero d'avola. Very The owner is nice.

Small place, but welcoming. There are 2 of us and we had a trio of bruschetta with mushrooms and tortelloni with spinach, butter and walnuts. For the second course, chicken strips, one with lemon, one with rosemary. For artichoke side dish.

Trattoria sincera e ospitale. Siamo stati accolti dal bellissimo sorriso di una delle ragazze di sala che ci ha gentilmente raccontato le diverse proposte e i fuori menù del giorno. Io ho optato per i tortelloni di ricotta con i funghi (tantissimi funghi!) mentre il mio collega ha preso i tortelli di zucca conditi con burro e salvia. Tutto eccezionale, dalla pasta al ripieno. I dolci non sono stati da meno, con uno zabaione da applausi. Concludo cercando di esprimere un concetto leggermente più complesso. Questa trattoria non ti dà l'immediato effetto WOW attraverso una location superlativa o ad una mis en place ornata, ma riesce a coccolarti grazie ad una atmosfera che solo un luogo gestito con grande amore può restituirti.

Il locale si trova a Bentivoglio, in buona posizione. Locale caratteristico e pulito. La cucina è fatta con il cuore, grande passione in quello che fanno, soprattutto la loro religione è l'ospitalità e mettere a proprio agio ogni cliente. Antipasti spettacolari, tigelle e Crescentine fatte in casa, salumi di qualità. Da provare la tagliatelle al ragù, antica ricetta secondo la tradizione, quasi un obbligo fare la scarpetta. Infine, ci tengo a condividere l'esperienza avuta, oltre la buona cucina, loro sono andati oltre, terminata la cena... non siamo riusciti a trovare un taxi, ci hanno visto in difficoltà e ci hanno riaccompagnato in hotel !!! Un gesto che fai solo se ci metti il cuore in quello che fai. Peccato poter dare solo 5 stelle. Un locale gestito da Belle Persone.
