Mirko and Matilde are the unparalleled pizza chefs in Monferrato. The waitresses, Sara, and her colleagues, are super friendly. Excellent value for money.

The welcome at the restaurant is warm.
As a vegan, I appreciated the menu's diverse plant-based dishes; the side dishes go beyond the usual salad and grilled vegetables!
In addition to the ever-present farinata, I enjoyed excellent caramelized onions, exquisite caponata, and—unusual on traditional menus—delicious lentils, which provided a tasty and varied meal.
Omnivores will surely appreciate these alternatives, too.
