I enter around 12.30pm in this wonderful place, Mr. Carlo welcomes me and offers me a table in a room with a huge fireplace, a few tables and a lot of style, I immediately feel at ease. The food is ATOMIC, I ate unique dishes with an unforgettable flavour!!!! excellent Sangiovese and wide choice of wines; I'll be back, I'd like to try the meat! Very honest prices.

Passing by chance we stopped and had lunch in this wonderful place, delicious cuisine and wonderful atmosphere. Being passing through we asked if we could see the structure and the rooms for a possible weekend to spend there... beautiful rooms... but I fell in love with an apartment with 2 bedrooms and private pool... highly recommended!!!

Mangiavino Ristorante Pizzeria

21/02/2025: I confirm the excellent impression of this place, isolated but very welcoming near Narni Scalo. The food is simple but very well prepared and of excellent quality. Friendly and attentive service. Beautiful cellar with particular proposals not only regional. Excellent value for money.
28/12/2024: Family atmosphere, warmth and excellent food distinguish this lovely restaurant! Patron Francesco is an excellent and attentive host... to be done again

Il Sant'Andrea

24/03/2025: At first, I saw this church and it seemed stunning, but sadly I only got to see the outside of it. The reason behind this is because I was out of euros after visiting Orvieto! Even if I didn't get to enter it, it would seem great to come in. The next time I will explore Orvieto I will make sure to have enough money to spend it on everything! It's also a peaceful and relaxing place to sit on the steps to take a small break.
06/03/2025: The church has a Latin cross structure and is divided into three naves, a transept and a semicircular apse. The nave is covered by wooden trusses, while the intersection of the central body with the transepts is covered by cross vaults supported by beams. The perimeter walls are made of tuff and the floors are made of marble. The church's dodecagonal tower is very similar to the towers of the convent of San Severus and Martyr. The church contains a Cosmat-style pulpit, a tomb and the remains of a group of frescoes, including works from the 14th, 17th and late 19th centuries. On the floor in the center of the quadrilateral apse is a pipe organ built in the first half of the 20th century by the Migliorini brothers and equipped with 10 registers. [4] The museum route is divided into four sections[5]: Bronze Age; Etruscan Age, when Orvieto was called Velzna; Roman Age; Christian Era. In the crypt you can see the remains of the early use of the complex, which has been a place of worship since Villanova times. The most striking is the upper floor, which preserves numerous remains of floor mosaics dating back to the 6th century,[3] bronze and ceramic vessels from the Bronze Age, and a stone inscribed with a cross from the Christian era.
