We enjoyed a small lunch and the place does close down by 1500. Their house wine was good. We tried the red merlot and it was great. Their pasta and bruschetta was fresh and yummy. I recommend the carbanata and the cacio de pepe!

Ristorante Casa del Gusto is absolutely incredible! The food is freaking amazing so good that after trying it for the first time, we had to come back again on our very last day in Rome. And guess what? Still amazing! The gentleman with the beard (I think he’s the owner) is truly special. He welcomed us with such a genuine smile, and we left with an even bigger one. His hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re in Rome, this place is a must. Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and wonderful people running it. Highly, highly recommend. P.S. We’re visiting from Southern California and this spot made our trip even better! Hope to see you again in future, if not keep up the amazing work!

We came here every night as tourists because we were so impressed. Many locals also eat here, and the service, ambiance, music, and, above all, the food are excellent! Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable. We will miss Casa del Gusto!

The food was ok and the service was ok, my biggest complaint is the fact that the bread that they DONT ASK YOU IF YOU WANT, get charged. We asked for water, waiter asks “sparkling or still?” We say “still” very clearly and the waiter said “still ok” he then proceeded to bring us both and then charge us for both. Didn’t even fight I saw the reviews before we went so I didn’t expect any more. Overall the food was ok service was ok but definitely a place that will just charge you for stuff for no reason.

Restaurant just steps from the Auditorium, in the Flaminio neighborhood. The food is very good, and the menu also includes traditional Roman dishes. The service is quick and professional.

09/09/2025: We couldn't have asked for anything better for the most important day of our lives. We entrusted our wedding reception to Maria Chiara and Grazia, and we can honestly say they were simply perfect. The food was absolutely stunning: from the exquisite appetizers to the delicious first courses, right up to the star dish, the glazed pork, which left everyone speechless. Each course was meticulously crafted, with the quality and presentation of haute cuisine. The service was impeccable: precise, attentive, and always on time, without ever being intrusive. We sensed their availability and flexibility at every turn, rare and precious qualities when organizing such a special event. The breathtaking view and sublime decor did the rest. With the lighting, the venue transformed into an enchanting place, giving us a magical atmosphere that will remain etched in our memories forever. Thank you so much to Maria Chiara and Grazia for making our wedding a dream come true. ❤️
07/09/2025: We dined with a splendid view of Rome. The waiters were truly excellent: polite, friendly, and professional, they made for a pleasant evening. The food was top-quality, with refined dishes and attention to detail. We'll be back for an aperitif.

29/08/2025: Opera Eventi, we celebrated my son's 18th birthday. The location was beautiful and well-maintained (they were also equipped for rain), the buffet was generous, the food excellent, the DJ and bartender were excellent...very friendly staff; I highly recommend it.
