Typical Roman restaurant, with local culinary dishes, excellent porchetta, meatballs as well, then we had the melted caciocavallo with the irresistible porchetta, truly excellent, not to mention the first courses, one better than the other, from the matriciana to the gricia to the carbonara... I highly recommend it, excellent service with qualified and well-trained staff...

The typical dishes offered were excellent, really well done.
The guys who serve at the tables were very young, but I found little experience in the fact that they took away the plates without having finished the cold cuts platter.
A piece of advice: throw away the paper menus, they are not very hygienic, they were sticky, better a QR CODE on the placemat.

One of those typical Roman fraschette where there are lots of people, people talk, laugh, eat!
We ate very well and had too much fun! The staff was kind and very friendly.. we had such a good time that we were the last to leave!
The cuisine is typical Roman and is highly approved, obviously also applies to the house wine! I highly recommend the amatriciana and the puntarelle!

Si trova un’ottima fraschetta anche senza andare ai castelli romani! Innanzitutto gentilissimi i camerieri, accogliente l’ambiente con molte scritte spiritose alle pareti. Alcuni monitor trasmettevano spezzoni di film romaneschi. Ottima la carbonara servita, come tradizione della fraschetta, in una padella di alluminio. Buone anche le scaloppine e l’abbacchio con patate. Consigliato.

Ci siamo trovati assolutamente per caso in zona grotta perfetta ed abbiamo adocchiato questo ristorante, un conoscente della zona ci dice che si mangia bene ed è sempre pieno.
Andiamo presto senza prenotazione e ci trovano una sistemazione all'esterno che accettiamo di buon grado.
Antipasto: lingotto cacio e pepe; primo:gricia; dessert: bignè con crema pasticcera.
Tutto buono, servizio gentilissimo e veloce conto giusto, ecco perché nonostante magari sia fuori mano è stracolmo.
Si mangia bene e si accolti con gentilezza.
