A restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine. I dine here every time I'm in Rome. The pasta dishes are top-notch; I recommend the carbonara. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service, reasonable prices.

Perfect dinner at Fraschetta! The service was incredibly friendly and the first courses were excellent. The sour cherry tart and salted caramel cheesecake were also fantastic!!

Lights and shadows. The food was tasty and plentiful, but the service was very slow (we waited an hour and a half for the meatballs (after asking three times), and then they were brought to our table as we were leaving). The place was extremely noisy. All this at restaurant prices. In short, it was confusing as to what kind of place this is.

Nice restaurant in the area. Warm, family atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. We waited a bit to order, but other than that, nothing to complain about. Good food and fair prices.

Nella sala si respira una bella atmosfera delle tipiche fraschette che viene riportata nel menu in cui spiccano tanti piatti della cucina romanesca. Porzioni abbondati, cibo buono e personale gentilissimo completano l’offerta. Prezzi nella media

Rifugio al Vecchio Fienile

15/10/2025: I called at 2 pm for a very late lunch and that's where I discovered Danilo's restaurant. It's a wonderful location, amazing food, and truly friendly, homely service. We'll be back soon.
11/10/2025: Location is very cute. Two of us stopped to get a quick aperitivo before dinner. So ordered house wine and their antipasto plate. Cute kittens that entertained us. When the bill came, it was a surprise to us that they charged us for two portions of antipasto, at 15 euros each. Plus the half liter of house red. I think we both paid 22 euros. Both agreed we didn’t like this practice and would not return because of it. They are Italians and they knew that we just wanted a drink and something small to eat. So charging us both felt like they were taking advantage of us. It’s too bad because we both thought it was cute and thought we might return in the future.

Taverna Abruzzese

10/10/2025: My "local trattoria," not only because I live nearby but also because when I don't feel like cooking, I can come down and relax with a pizza or something else. Everything is delicious, and the owners and staff are friendly and helpful. I've even brought out-of-towners here, and everyone has always been very satisfied.
08/10/2025: Welcoming and excellent quality. We'll be back!
