Typical Fraschetta di Ariccia, small place, service to be perfected, the courses did not arrive at the same time for all the diners, first courses served intermittently. Overly seasoned side dishes (sautéed chicory and pan-fried porcini mushrooms) with salt, there is room for improvement. HONEST account.

Fraschetta typical of the lower part of Ariccia with courteous and professional staff and typical Roman menu. We had some excellent Roman artichokes and a good porchetta and buffalo mozzarella as starters and amatriciana, cacio e pepe and pajata as first courses. Abundant sauce as per tradition and good but there was a little too much water both in the amatriciana and especially in the cacio e pepe.
Overall, however, we had a good time and spent the right amount.

Vera fraschetta, antipasti a morire tutti eccezionali, amatriciana doc! Trippa eccellente, vino e pane buonissimi.
Unico neo il prezzo….da rivedere al ribasso.
La qualità costa e lo capisco, ma questo periodo è tutto molto caro.

Hanno due locali con tavoli esterni in poco tempo ci siamo seduti , servizio veloce e molto semplice ,tanti camerieri il fine settimana pienone di gente poi per le luminarie ...... piatti tipici e prodotti della zona , locale con attrezzi da lavoro del tempo degli agricoltori e campagnoli , tutto molto buono e genuino.
Da tornarci continuate cosi'.
