Excellent restaurant. All the dishes I tried were really good, including a Michelin Plate. Overall, all the ingredients used in every course are top-quality. The location is also quite nice, especially the interior.

Very positive experience, certainly the first of a long series!
On the advice of a dear friend we projected our anniversary on "La fossa del grano", and the choice could not have been more appropriate.
The owner welcomes you and puts you at ease immediately.
The service is very precise.
The quality of the ingredients used in each course is excellent, and the presentation and taste of the dishes served is exceptional.
Excellent value for money.

I have lived in Puglia for almost 20 years and I have never been to this restaurant. A few weeks ago I was traveling to Campania and I decided to stop for lunch with my family.
In a journey of appetizers and a first course, I rediscovered the essence of my land, the Perfumes and Flavors of Puglia, expertly served by attentive and discreet staff. I will definitely return!
