A unique experience, to be savored from appetizer to dessert! The dishes are of the highest quality, with unconventional and impressive combinations! Whether for a business lunch or the à la carte menu, every time we return to this restaurant, we are blown away! Hats off to the chef, the owners, and all the staff!

A pleasant surprise in the Crema countryside. We ordered the saffron cream with endive and shrimp as an appetizer: sublime! The slow-cooked egg with truffle was truly delicious. Next up were the Caramelle, delicious, and the salmon with puntarelle, excellent! We also enjoyed the dessert: hazelnut semifreddo, which with bits of brittle was truly delicious. (The "narrated" dessert list, being a bit descriptive, gets lost at the end of the story. Perhaps it's worth printing it so the waitress doesn't have to repeat it over and over again :-) An excellent restaurant. The 4 stars are for the ambiance simply because it's not to my taste, but it's modern and well-kept. I must say everything is excellent! Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.
