Group lunch for a birthday party. The quality and quantity did not disappoint. The charcuterie board with bresaola, salami, and coppa, plus a cheese board with gorgonzola cream, taleggio, and various goat cheeses, accompanied by compotes, were all plentiful and delicious. The pizzoccheri were truly special. Friendly and helpful service. Truly top-notch!

Friends treated us to a tour of the dairy and a cheese tasting, a unique experience. Manuel accompanied us on the tour, while Martina took us to lunch. Both were knowledgeable and very kind! The cheeses were obviously superb.

Excellent cheeses, cured meats, craft beers, traditional pasta dishes, and desserts all made on-site and enjoyed on-site. A truly friendly atmosphere and fair prices at the foot of the Valsassina Prealps.

A must-visit when visiting Valsassina. Everything's delicious, but you absolutely have to try the gorgonzola and their yogurt. The outdoor space and proximity to the river are beautiful.

16/05/2026: A lovely place with a spectacular view of Barzio and its mountains. The food is good, but the service could use some updating, often forgetful and not always on point. What disappointed me most was the price: €30.00 for a first and second course, in a rustic setting, seems a bit steep, in my opinion. Drinks, coffee, and dessert should be added if needed.
03/05/2026: Fabulous food. It would be even better if they offered two menus (especially since it's so incomprehensible!), and perhaps fewer colorful ornaments on the walls would make it more rustic, like a real crotto. Overall, highly recommended!

Bar Luna Trattoria Pizzeria

12/03/2026: I discovered this place thanks to a friend's birthday party, and I had a delicious braised beef with polenta. Even though I'm not from the area, I promised myself I'd return to try the elephant ear...here I am. 10 out of 10 for both quality and price. In Milan, I'd pay double for the same cutlet (actually, smaller). The welcoming and kind staff make you feel at home. I recommend it.
