A magical place for cheese lovers and local valley cuisine, with traditional dishes like pizzoccheri, platters, and cheese tastings. The adjacent dairy has a fantastic display where you can buy dairy products, yogurt, and cured meats. The mountain view is inviting, and the garden is perfect for an al fresco meal. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was our second visit, the first for an aperitif and today for lunch.
The polenta taragna with porcini mushrooms and the wild boar ravioli with Taleggio fondue were delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous. The service was quick. The veranda where we were seated, despite the heater, was a bit cold for a relaxed meal. In fact, we hadn't booked.
The products sold in the shop are excellent and high-quality. I snagged them this time too!

Carozzi Formaggi is a true local excellence, a guarantee of quality and local products. It was a unique experience: we sampled cheeses and enjoyed a superb gourmet lunch featuring Carozzi's own products. Martina accompanied us throughout the tour, proving attentive, kind, and highly knowledgeable. Congratulations to Carozzi Formaggi, we highly recommend this place.

We discovered it by chance after a day at Piani di Bobbio. It was advertised on the cable car ticket, so partly because we were heading down early and partly out of curiosity, we went to do some shopping. Fantastic products.
We bought some semi-mature cheeses and some gorgonzola (super!!!!), as well as garlic salami, which is hard to find even in my area these days.
Highly recommended, and I'll be back every time I get the chance to take a trip to the area.

Very nice place, with plenty of outdoor seating for the summer.
Aperitifs with and without alcohol.
It would be nice to have something else to eat with the appetizers, besides the cream cheese and chips.
Friendly staff.
We'll be back to try the first courses and main courses.
