We spent a delicious aperitif at Carozzi, an authentic oasis for lovers of cheese and local products. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and the staff is extremely attentive and courteous. The tasting was a journey into the flavors of Valsassina: perfectly matured cheeses, genuine cured meats and delicious accompaniments. Each dish was a surprise for the palate. The location, surrounded by greenery, is perfect for a break from the routine. I highly recommend Carozzi to anyone looking for an authentic gastronomic experience and impeccable service.

We organized my father's birthday party at "Carozzi", booking the events menu in the room on the first floor. We had a great time: the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff were kind and attentive, the room reserved for us, with a view of the mountains, was wonderful. We were very happy with the choice.

As we are avid wine & cheese enthusiast, I booked the Gourmet Experience + Dairy Visit (cheese factory tour) as a surprise for my wife. Our time at Da Carozzi far exceeded any expectations I had. The saying, first impressions are lasting ones definitely fits Da Carozzi Formaggeria. Starting from the surrounding area, to the drive across the quaint bridge onto their property, we felt whisked away. Even though we were about 15 minutes late for our tour, due to a late flight arrival into Milan + drive to the formaggeria, we were greeted with smiles and welcomes. Youness, our tour guide was super courteous throughout our time spent at Da Carozzi. He had tons of interesting information regarding the cheese manufacturing processes, and delivered the tour with genuine enthusiasm. After the tour, our Gourmet Experience included tastings of 8 cheeses, a bottle of wine, & 2 bowls of pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta w/cheese) every bite & sip of those items was amazing. We COULD NOT have started our Italian vacation off in a better, more enjoyable way. Youness, our host/guide and Alessandro, his boss treated us tremendously well. For anyone who enjoys great cheese, and great wine, and a great atmosphere a visit to and tour at Da Carozzi Formaggeria and Cucina is a must!!!

Excellent products, some exceptional, despite a lot of people at the counter the service was very fast... Don't be scared, you will be served in a few minutes. Excellent organization

Ci sono tanti posti, 2 sale al chiuso e posti all’aperto. C’è molta gente nel weekend e un po’ di casino. Il menù non è molto vario, ma il cibo è abbastanza buono. Peccato non si possa prendere il vino della casa ad un costo modico. A fianco c’è la formaggeria che merita una visita. Da andarci per provare, ma nulla di particolare. Da un milanese milanista
