A place in the center of Alberobello at the foot of the Monti district with external tables overlooking the square and an internal butcher's shop with an open view. Excellent quality meat is served as well as platters and sandwiches with bombettes. Better to book so as not to have to wait in line.

A classic tourist place, not too cheap. The meat is not bad, but nothing exceptional. I was a little disappointed not to meet the waiter (a male guy) who is spoken so badly about in other guys' reviews. I almost said I'll come back to meet him, but maybe they fired him so I won't risk making the trip for nothing

20/10/2024: Excellent dough. Fine dough (not rubbery) different variations from the classic panzerotto to the one with meat or the Calabrian one. Really good. Add a bottle of beer and you're good to go.
