Really delicious focaccia! The dough is so tasty, soft but crunchy on top and they have an amazing selection of toppings. Just note that they have a system where you need to take a ticket and wait for them to call out the ticket number. Not everyone realises this and it caused quite a fight. Also note that they leave the pips in the olives. It is a very popular place so be prepared to wait a few minutes. The slices are huge and it is extremely inexpensive. I would definitely recommend grabbing some focaccia here.

A place famous for what they teach on TikTok, well-located, and with good food, the staff is clearly lacking in friendliness and willingness to help. Pieces are sold by weight.

My second favourite focaccia in town (see my other reviews.) This place is cheap and has lots of variety, and the focaccia is just to die for. Service isn’t super friendly but it’s efficient.

We happened to be passing by and had to try it. Excellent looking focaccia and beautifully arranged in the window and a large selection.
It tasted as good as it looked. It was fantastic. The best we tasted during our two-day stay in Puglia. The setting is also nice. The only thing missing from perfection is a little more pleasant service.

Focacceria situata nel centro storico di Polignano a Mare, molto frequentata da residenti e turisti.
Siamo capitati per caso e siamo stati fortunati a poter assaggiare queste focacce.
Impasto e cottura perfetti, ingredienti ottimi e molti gusti da poter provare.
Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, inoltre la possibilità di poter assaporare questi prodotti direttamente a Lama Monachile, non ha prezzo.

Un sacco di opzioni in perenne "sfornamento", scelta ampia e per tutti i gusti, bravi! prodotti digeriti e lievitati bene, sapori bilanciati, non troppo unti o salati, diverse scelte anche veg. Si sta in piedi, non ha posto a sedere ma potete andare fuori in uno dei tanti punti vista mare.
