A fantastic shop with a great seating area in the courtyard. Super delicious and a huge selection. Best focaccia I've had in Italy so far.

This is a nice alternative if you show up to I porci comodi and you don't want to wait in a long line. They also have a quiet little garden with seating out the back

No mucho más que una puerta en el borde del campus universitario. Los panes planos son como un pan pitta esponjoso. Blanco o negro con añadir carbón vegetal para ayudar a la digestión. Buen cambio de paninis. Hecho en las instalaciones muy fresco y con una gran selección de rellenos. El propietario es muy amable y dijo que tiene un pequeño patio ajardinado un poco más adelante en la carretera. Acabamos de comer en un par de asientos en la calle. Iría de nuevo si estuviéramos en Pisa.

04/05/2025: Intimate and welcoming environment, ideal for a quiet dinner. The staff is very helpful, attentive and prepared, even for special dietary needs. The dishes surprise with their originality and intensity of flavours: the ciccia in bigoncia (served as a gluten-free starter) is tasty and authentic, the rigatoni with duck ragù is delicious and well-balanced, while the pork cheek and the rosticciana (both enjoyed by a celiac person) confirm great attention to gluten-free cooking, without sacrificing flavour. Closing on a sweet note with a typical dessert of the city, truly impeccable. Not to be missed if you want to say you have eaten real Tuscan cuisine. 13/05/2025: I highly recommend the steak! It's the best steak I've ever had! ! It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very juicy, fresh, and full of hemoglobin. The Tuscan soup is also delicious. The portion is also very large, and the price-performance ratio is very high. There is no service charge, but the store manager is very nice and will care whether the food suits your taste. I like this store very much! Recommended!!!
