Review of "La Finestra" – Siena A truly pleasant place, located in a secluded and quiet spot, just behind the Palazzo delle Torte and near the Torre del Mangia. Not being directly on the piazza, it offers a more peaceful and intimate atmosphere, despite being in the heart of the historic center. The staff was extremely kind, always helpful, and smiling. The place was quite busy, probably due to several groups, but despite this, service was quick and I didn't have to wait long. It was definitely worth it! The menu offers traditional Tuscan dishes and is well-prepared. I had the pici cacio e pepe: truly exceptional, perfectly creamed, with handmade pasta and an authentic flavor. The place is clean, well-kept, and welcoming. An excellent find for those looking for good Sienese cuisine, without ending up in the typical places crowded with tourists. Recommended!
