We went to this restaurant for lunch.
The Culatello DOP was excellent, the ravioli in broth was good, and the pasta (Filoma 4-flour pasta) was good, but since the menu also includes a half portion, we would have expected a slightly larger full portion.

We’ve been living in Italy for four years, and we can confidently say that the Antica Pasta della Filoma was the most exquisite and flavorful pasta dish we’ve had in the country. The Rosa di Parma was also outstanding, as was the dessert (the chocolate soufflé). The service was extremely friendly, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate and understand the challenges of having lunch with a sleepy, moody toddler. A must-go restaurant in the center of Parma.

Great traditional Italian,had gluten free options with gluten free pasta available, the chef even came out to speak to us,we had rabbit,braised beef and pig cheeks all gluten free,staff very good as well,throughly recommend

Perfect for those who want to enjoy traditional dishes at an excellent price.
Personally, I really appreciate places with a family atmosphere, well-kept but not swanky, that make you feel at home.

Had lunch today; the quality of the food was very high, the chef was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. I recommend the tagliatelle made with 5 different flours and the amazing desserts. We'll be back.

We had lunch at this historic restaurant, and for us Parmesan people, seeing the sign for this place is a given, and in this city where, sadly, certain historic shops and businesses no longer exist, the philosophy remains a certainty. It's like being welcomed into the home of a cultured and bourgeois great-aunt, yet deeply attached to her roots. These roots shine through in the dishes: simple, clean, yet with distinct flavors. The gratinated artichokes served in casseroles were delicious. The second course meat was incredibly tender. The flan with mushrooms and prosciutto was very balanced. The prosciutto was truly delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and especially in an age where waiters proclaim the dishes, explaining every single ingredient, that's not done here, simply because there's no need. Everything is clear, at least for us who went to lunch with relatives today.
I hope you continue to be attentive guardians of our tradition.
