We had lunch at this historic restaurant, and for us Parmesan people, seeing the sign for this place is a given, and in this city where, sadly, certain historic shops and businesses no longer exist, the philosophy remains a certainty. It's like being welcomed into the home of a cultured and bourgeois great-aunt, yet deeply attached to her roots. These roots shine through in the dishes: simple, clean, yet with distinct flavors. The gratinated artichokes served in casseroles were delicious. The second course meat was incredibly tender. The flan with mushrooms and prosciutto was very balanced. The prosciutto was truly delicious. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and especially in an age where waiters proclaim the dishes, explaining every single ingredient, that's not done here, simply because there's no need. Everything is clear, at least for us who went to lunch with relatives today.
I hope you continue to be attentive guardians of our tradition.

The place is very nice inside, but the outside isn't exactly comfortable.
We had lunch on Saturday around 2:00 PM, and it was truly excellent.
Both the appetizers and the first courses were of a very high standard. Congratulations!

There aren't many Korean reviews yet, so I'm leaving one.
The restaurant has a classic ambiance, with various paintings hanging on the walls.
There are also photos of various opera performances on the walls, and they're of the same actor and the chef's wife.
The staff were friendly, and the quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing meal.
The porcini and ragu pasta was fresh, so it was incredibly soft and flavorful. Just looking at the photos makes me want to eat it again. I highly recommend it!
It pairs perfectly with Lambrusco, a type of red sparkling wine from the region.
The dessert, made with egg yolk-based Zabaione Chantilly sauce and dark chocolate, was also delicious.

The staff was very friendly, even though we had two small children with us, and the food was delicious. We ordered our meals based on recommendations without even looking at the menu and were very satisfied in the end.

Everything is very good, we eat the ancient Filoma pasta! Pasta made with four flours, almonds, ricotta! Very good.

We had a wonderful meal here! We were served incredibly delicious pasta. A very friendly woman served us. We were seated in a wonderfully cool room. The interior feels like a museum, but that only adds to the overall ambiance. Highly recommended!

A historic Parma restaurant that seems unknown even to locals. It's a real shame, since, in my opinion, it's the best place to enjoy Parma cuisine. The atmosphere is refined and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The first courses feature homemade pasta made with exquisite ingredients. For the second courses, I recommend the Rosa di Parma, an explosion of flavors. The staff is professional and friendly; just stopping for a chat will make you feel like a real person before you notice the professional. The price is absolutely excellent for the quality/price ratio. I wish the owner and all the staff the best during these difficult times for the restaurant industry. Never lose your passion; we need restaurateurs like you. We'll definitely be back.
