Filoma is a gem in the center of Parma. Located in a period building, there is an elegant but informal atmosphere.
The service was great. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable both in terms of dishes and wines. The food is excellent, we had appetizers and first courses. Artfully prepared, with excellent ingredients and well cooked.
The value for money: it was adequate for the quality of the food and the service.
Would you recommend the shoulder crudo and the filoma tagliatelle.

Small typical Parma restaurant in the center, a few steps from the Baptistery. The decor is a bit vintage, although it creates a fairly welcoming atmosphere and the menu choice is varied. We ordered the fried pie with Parma ham, very good and fried well, and two pasta starters, which we really appreciated especially because the tagliatelle were homemade. Overall we ate well, but the service was a bit lacking: they made us wait about twenty minutes before taking the order even though the place wasn't crowded and we started eating after about 40 minutes of being seated at the table. The staff were however very friendly.

Always in my heart.
The restaurant with the strange name in question is a little gem of Parma for me.
Maybe a little hidden, but when you enter there you feel like you're in another era.
Born as an after-theatre restaurant, Filoma has always offered tradition, friendliness and friendliness.
Fragrant cured meats accompanied by a fried cake that looks like a cloud.
The tortelli (especially the pumpkin ones) are freshly made by the expert hands of Alessandro. A chef who has always known his stuff.
Abundant butter and parmesan will enrich the flavor of these wonderful gems of our city. Good wine list especially on reds from Piedmont and something nice among the French bubbles.
The latter, for me his ace in the hole, are the ones that make you say, [I was right to come].
Overcooked guancialini to lose your mind.
You don't even need a knife.
Pure madness!!
And finally the duchess's dessert.
I don't want to spoil anything about this, but here, dear gentlemen, it deserves the gold medal.
I can't wait to visit him again.

Antica trattoria nel centro di Parma che offre, oltre ai patti della tradizione parmense, anche alcuni piatti ispirati alla tradizione ma del tutto originali, come la pasta alla filoma ( tagliatelle fatte in casa con culatello, mandorle, pomodorini, maggiorana e ricotta affumicata).
Molto buone le tagliatelle con il ragù di strolghino ed il coniglio in salsa di frutta con carciofi.
Molto particolare la location un appartamento in stile fine ottocento con arredi risalenti agli inizi del secolo scorso. Simpatico e cordiale lo chef che nel descrivere i piatti te li fa immaginare come se li avessi davanti. Prezzi ragionevoli

A place full of history and a welcoming environment, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the cuisine is superb, the Chef and owner Alessandro brings with him a wealth of experience and translation. If you happen to visit Parma, a stop at Filoma is a must.. .. highly recommended 🥂👍

Ristorante posto in palazzo storico nel centro di Parma, a pochi metri dal Battistero. Arredamento molto classico. Piatti della tradizione buoni. Porzioni modeste e prezzi francamente eccessivi: 15 euro per 8 tortelli di erbette, 2,50 euro per un caffè. Servizio corretto. Da segnalare il comportamento scortese e scostante del proprietario, poco professionale. Esperienza che non ripeterò.
