12/11/2025: The place is very nice and the staff very attentive. I ordered a filet alla Rossini because I was craving meat. They asked me how I wanted it cooked and explained that it would come with potatoes and Madeira sauce. When I cut into my steak, it turned out to be a beet! I couldn't believe it. It wasn't even good enough for a vegan dish. A vegan dish is prepared, not just a boiled beet. Anyway, they replaced it and admitted their mistake. They brought me some very well-prepared meat, but a very small portion. And everything was very expensive. But the beet incident will go down in history as a funny anecdote.

03/11/2025: I had the opportunity to try Le Bubbole restaurant and was truly thrilled. The food is excellent, with dishes crafted with attention to detail and perfectly executed flavor combinations. You can sense the passion and research behind every course, showcasing local ingredients. Special praise goes to Emilio, who was extremely professional, attentive, and kind: his impeccable service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and authentic hospitality.
