Bel posto e personale molto ben preparato ma fuori sta scritto trattoria e questo è un po’ fuorviante perché i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Sicuramente era tutto molto buono ma la cifra è stata troppo alta rispetto a quello che si è ordinato e sono abituata ad andare a mangiare fuori!

A mani basse, la carne migliore della provincia di Catanzaro e molto probabilmente della regione Calabria, Sono stato in questo locale 3 volte e sento l esigenza di dover scrivere una recensione perché oltre al servizio di altissima qualità che sa consigliare ed accompagnarti durante il ristoro, traspare un ossessione nel voler elevare la qualità del cibo padroneggiando la conoscenza dei processi di maturazione della carne e tanti altri dettagli che rendono questa esperienza unica. Hands down, the best meat in the province of Catanzaro and most likely in the Calabria region, I've been to this place 3 times and... I feel the need to write a review because in addition to the very high quality service that can advise and accompany you during the meal, there is an obsession in wanting to raise the quality of the food by mastering the knowledge of the meat maturation processes and many other details that make this unique experience. It's my first time going, excellent quality of meat and super service, they brought me 5 different types of salt, it's a heated cast iron plate if we wanted the most cooked, unique, super meat.
