It is an atypical "grill", a well-kept environment with lots of scenography. Their choice of barbecue is free of pork and in particular of Calabrian sausage and sopressata... alas absent.... however, the choice of venue must be respected which, often, does not match the customer's tastes... ....the chemist's explanation for the use of salts in plain sight is very useful

E' la seconda volta in 15 giorni che ceniamo in questo ristorante. Locale molto carino,ambiente fine ma al contempo ti senti in famiglia .Carni ottime, antipasti altrettantio buoni.Consigliatissimo e' l'antipasto della casa...un percorso di emozioni nel piatto da fare in due.
Accoglienza della padrona di casa e servizio in sala, eccellenti,conto più che onesto.
Da non peredere !!!!

My wife and I have eaten here before under various management. None was as good as this time. The food was fantastic, the service was brilliant and the staff were very helpful with my disabled son.

We tourists from Turin found ourselves dining at the flame by chance, and I can confirm with pleasure that we will return to dine here, a beautiful, clean place with friendly, knowledgeable staff and the meat.... Lots of choice but above all, quality! super recommended!
