We had a delicious lunch at La Fiaccola. We ordered chitarra with wild boar and mushrooms and ravioli with tomato sauce. Everything was very fresh and excellent. The restaurant was full of locals and people who knew the owners, which made the atmosphere fun and relaxed. The prices were incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food. English - We had a delicious lunch at La Fiaccola. We ordered chitarra with wild boar and mushrooms and ravioli with tomato sauce. Everything was very fresh and excellent. The restaurant was filled with locals and people who knew the owners, which made it a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Prices were incredibly reasonable given the quality of the food.

Lunch enjoyed in a welcoming setting with a family-like atmosphere from days gone by. Excellent food, all sourced from local suppliers and the restaurant's family, accompanied by a pleasant Abruzzo rosé, provided a truly relaxing and recharging experience. Highly recommended!

We dined at La Fiaccola Restaurant during our stay in Anversa degli Abruzzi and can't say enough good things about it! We were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived: the staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. The dishes are prepared with local, authentic, and top-quality ingredients. An added bonus? We have a small dog with us, and we were welcomed with great kindness.

Restaurant inside what used to be a living room of a house, nice, cozy. Typical cuisine done well with a special first course with homemade pasta. Try their desserts. Attentive and kind service, very welcoming. Very reasonable bill for what we ate. A place definitely worth trying if you are in those areas.

06/09/2025: If you want to understand the difference between "eating" and "tasting," this is the right place. A traditional experience built on passion, attention to raw materials, dedication, and love for your work. Handmade tortelli, perfectly cooked grilled meats, mouth-watering first courses (literally). All accompanied by the professionalism of the staff. Vincenzo: competent, welcoming; Lorenzo: a young, passionate, and capable chef. The smiles of owner Angelo and his wife are a must for a memorable dinner. Everyone was good, everything was excellent. A highly recommended experience.
19/08/2025: Everything was exceptional! We were a group of nine and thoroughly enjoyed dining here. We tried a bit of everything: appetizers, first courses, second courses, and side dishes, and found every dish truly delicious and well-portioned. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful: special thanks to Vincenzo and the head waiter (whose name we unfortunately don't know) for their professionalism and kindness. If we ever return to the area, we'll definitely stop here again!

Ristorante Art Hotel

19/08/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The rooms are a little dated, but the staff and hospitality make the difference. Piero, in particular, is the best, always available and kind, ready to accommodate all your needs. The food is excellent. The location is very good. Although there is no private parking, it's easy to find a spot near the hotel. We personally highly recommend it to anyone visiting Villetta Barrea, and we'll definitely be back. Probably the best value for money!
14/08/2025: Highly recommended, the hotel is spotless and strategically located for enjoying the national park. I stayed for a week and felt right at home. Mr. Pietro was incredibly kind, and Chef Luigi delighted us with his delicious dishes for both breakfast and dinner! I'll definitely be back.
