Truly a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Tuscan cuisine: a small and welcoming place, as is the excellent, always friendly staff. Everything is truly excellent: the appetizers, the garlic sauce, the excellent stewed tripe, and the excellent peposo (one of the best I've ever eaten). They also pay great attention to allergens, and the main courses are all gluten-free (which is unfortunately very rare). There's also a wide selection of carefully selected local wines... and then there's the surprising price: truly more than fair! In short, Fett'unta is always a good excuse to stop in beautiful Cortona!

We had a good experience at this restaurant. The bruschetta was a bit disappointing, so we'd recommend skipping that dish. The other dishes were well-made and tasty, although the portions were on the smaller side. Service was prompt and we didn't have to wait for a table. Overall, it's a solid choice, just be aware of the portion sizes.

18/10/2025: The gourmet pizza is small and a bit pretentious. The dough could be better. The toppings are good. The platters and desserts are more interesting. It's one of the very few places in the industrial area. Closed on Sundays.
23/09/2025: A simple but highly recommended restaurant located very close to the B&B Hotel. We had the burrata, grilled vegetables, and mixed salad as starters, and pizza and spaghetti carbonara as main courses, along with a bottle of Morinello red wine. The burrata, salad, spaghetti, and wine were very tasty. The pizza and grilled vegetables were decent. The service was friendly and efficient. The value for money was very good.
