Slow and unprofessional service. An hour's wait from when we ordered. The dishes arrived out of order: the appetizers arrived after the other diners had already finished their main courses. No apologies were given to the customer for the delays and confusion.

The atmosphere is clean and tidy. Excellent food, generous portions, and good, but slow, service between courses. I highly recommend it, as a vacationer who has been coming to Serina for many years.

Typical restaurant, well-kept in detail, kind and always helpful staff, you eat well, typical mountain menu, very good pizza, you just have to wait a little because the kitchen prepares everything on the spot, but if you are in Serina what's the rush... the wait is worth it... and above all you have to try the tiramisu... top.

Great experience, chose the business lunch for 13 euros. Carefully prepared, tasty and abundant dishes. There were 3 of us and we ordered different dishes, all very satisfying. Comfortable environment and friendly staff. Only flaw, a bit slow for the courses. However, I certainly recommend.

Clean place with attention to detail, very professional and fast staff. The pizza is superb. Average prices. I travel around Italy a lot for work and go to many restaurants during the year. Overall I consider it the best restaurant in all of Lombardy.
