We returned to this restaurant for the second time and once again we had a wonderful meal and were served with kindness and great professionalism! We were very impressed when we read four one-star reviews, all on the same day. Reading them, we realized that the people who wrote them must have made a mistake. We really think they mixed up the two neighboring restaurants (See attached photo) since this restaurant has never made spaghetti all'assassina, while the other one (Hemingway) does, so Google should delete them immediately! Furthermore, Le Fede Rosse is also famous for the extreme kindness of the owners and waiters! I'm also attaching the reviews!!!!!

A positive experience! I had dinner in this warm and welcoming place, the staff were friendly and kind, the dishes had an authentic flavor, very satisfied!

15/12/2025: We stopped by by chance and truly found the best pizza in Matera. A welcoming place and high-quality ingredients. Extremely light and easy to digest. The pizza is truly 33 cm thick. The warm staff makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the evening.

01/03/2026: The cuisine is undeniably top-notch, but what made our evening truly special was the hospitality. Kudos to the maître d', the true soul of the room. He didn't just take our order, but also guided us on a tailor-made gastronomic journey. Masterfully executed dishes, where the freshness of the ingredients speaks for itself, we'll definitely be back.
