Four of us ate here: there was no wait, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the pork shank: it melts completely and has a delicious flavor; and the desserts are also recommended. I would definitely go back, highly recommended!

An experience to definitely repeat! Let's start with the service: the staff were kind, helpful, and smiling... The food was DELICIOUS. We tried several things, each better than the last. Highly recommended.

We ate very well, and it was super cool inside. We appreciated that because it was extremely hot outside. The food was super tasty, and the waiters were friendly. Great service.

The eight of us ate well. The food was good quality, and the prices were slightly higher than other restaurants in the area. The waitress was very kind in explaining the typical products we were served. Unfortunately, we didn't appreciate being charged for the bread baskets, despite the €2 cover charge. A small touch that costs nothing, but if ignored, it leaves the customer feeling slightly disappointed, even after an overall pleasant experience. Edit (following the reply): We asked for the bread we were charged for later, of course, and that's entirely fair. However, we were only given three baskets for eight people with five cutting boards, so obviously we should have asked for more anyway.

Veniamo a Matera da ormai diversi anni e se la memoria non m'inganna, questo è il miglior ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato. Ci hanno portato qui persone del posto magari avremmo anche avuto un trattamento di favore, ma ho potuto gustare sapori davvero eccezionali, cucina tipica semplice ma di altissima qualità. L'assortimento degli antipasti è stato eccezionale, il punto più alto sono stati i primi, il mio in particolare col peperone crusco era pazzesco, strepitoso sia in termini di bontà che di quantità. Ho assaggiato anche il secondo di mio figlio e di mia moglie ed entrambi erano molto piacevoli. La signora in cassa, credo la proprietaria, molto gentilmente ci ha diviso il conto per famiglie, noi eravamo in tre ed abbiamo speso 86 Euro, non pochissimo, ma ammetto che per qualità e quantità, si è trattato di un conto corretto.

Un sitio acogedor en Matera para parar a comer, la comida estaba riquísima, la carne en su punto, y el servicio amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
