The food isn't bad, the farinata was very good, the pizza being in Acqui I expected worse, in the very thin sense but it wasn't good.

A little slow, almost an hour for the pizza, but they do takeaway, it's the Christmas holidays and there are a lot of people.
From 1 to 10 they fully deserve a nice 7 and a half

Historic place in Acqui Terme, located in an area built after the war, easy parking available. The restaurant is well structured and the chefs are masters in offering delicious traditional Piedmontese dishes such as stockfish, cardoons with bagna cauda, excellent farinata also made with gorgonzola or robiola. Fast and professional service, fair prices, I highly recommend a visit.

O.a. ate the "Farinara", based on chickpea flour, a typical regional dish in Piedmont, in an ancient trattoria in Aqui Terme that has been run by the same family for generations.
